Recording a Voice Description

Description Preserving and sharing life's moments has never been easier! The GrandPad tablet includes a camera to easily take a photo or video and share it with the entire family. The GrandPad also allows a voice description to be recorded that will accompany the photo.

To leave a voice description, do the following:

1. Open the Camera app from the tablet home screen. Take a photo and share it with your family.
2. The tablet will ask, “Would you also like to describe this photo to your family?”. Choose “Yes” to start a recording.
3. Wait until the countdown ends, and then begin speaking.
4. Once you are satisfied with your comment, click “Send.” If you decide not to add a comment, click “Cancel Voice Comment” to stop recording. You can also tap the “Restart Recording” button to restart the recording if you make a mistake.

If you choose to record a comment, all family members connected to GrandPad will be able to listen to it from the companion app. They can even choose to continue the conversation and add their own comments.
