STEP 1: PLACE YOUR ORDER
Our simple, 100% secure website makes it easy to place an order online.
We will ask for contact information, your credit card, and a few questions about your family. We'll also ask for the best person to manage the device (Family Admin) and help you set up contacts.
If you'd prefer, you can call us anytime to speak with a live person and place your order over the phone.
STEP 2: CONNECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Once your order is placed, we will email the appointed Family Admin with login instructions to GrandPad Central. This secure website lets you add contacts, upload photos, and more.

STEP 3: CONNECT FAMILY AND FRIENDS
Once we receive your order, the GrandPad will be set up and shipped the next business day via USPS. Orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days.
While the device is shipping, the Family Admin can still invite contacts and ensure the entire family is ready to be connected. Then, when the GrandPad arrives, place the device inside the included wireless charging cradle to turn it on.
Contacts, music, photos, and more will all be loaded and ready for use.
